Tracy Howe

Tracy Howe is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with over 40 years of experience in leadership development, nonprofit management, and community engagement. As the founder of Time Release Coaching, he equips individuals and organizations with practical tools, strategies, and encouragement to achieve lasting success in both life and leadership.

Previously, Tracy served as Chief Operating Officer of the YMCA of the Triangle, where he guided its transformation into one of the largest YMCA associations in the nation. Under his leadership, the organization grew into a $100M enterprise with 23 facilities, multiple merged entities, and a reach across seven counties.

A people-focused and mission-driven leader, Tracy has also dedicated more than four decades to Young Life in Wake County, serving in various leadership roles, including Chairman. His deep commitment to service, combined with his professional expertise, informs a coaching approach that blends vision, perseverance, and actionable steps for long-term growth.

Beyond his professional and volunteer work, Tracy is an avid athlete, outdoorsman, and family man. Married for over 40 years, he is the proud father of three and grandfather of six. He enjoys triathlons, mountain biking, hiking, golf, and the joy of cooking and hospitality.

Tracy’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: leadership requires perseverance, courage, and intentional action. His mission is to help others unlock their best selves—spirit, mind, and body—so they can thrive in both their work and their lives.

 
 

Charlie “Buck” Rogers

Buck Rogers is the Founder and CEO of CGAVERY, a boutique executive search and advisory firm specializing in attorney recruitment and talent advisory for law firms. With more than 30 years of leadership experience across technology, professional services, and consulting, Buck has built a career on helping organizations and individuals achieve measurable growth and lasting impact.

His professional background spans sales and organizational leadership, people and organizational transformation, and executive coaching, with proven success in startups, turnarounds, acquisition transitions, and growth-phase companies. Earlier in his career, Buck served as an officer and aviator in the U.S. Army, leading teams in the US, Korea and in combat operations during the Gulf War—experiences that forged his resilience, adaptability, and commitment to mission-driven leadership.

Buck is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS), and LinkedIn-certified Diversity Recruiting Professional. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Through CGAVERY, Buck partners with law firm leaders to deliver strategic talent with measurable impact—helping firms extend their reach, streamline hiring processes, improve retention, and reduce overall hiring costs.
